Process

1. Discovery call

A free, non-binding 30-minute call to discuss your project, goals, and timeline.

2. Brief and quote

After the discovery call, we’ll share a project brief and quote. Once approved and a 50% deposit has been made, the work will begin.

3. Concept development 

We'll review your materials and create initial sketches and concepts to share with you. 

4. Concept refinement 

With your feedback, we’ll refine the concepts to ensure the final artwork captures your key messages and fits the agreed direction.

5. Artwork delivery

Once the artwork is approved, the final files will be delivered after the remaining 50% payment is made. If you need to work to a different payment schedule, please let us know, and we can discuss options.
